1. Refund Eligibility

Eligible if requested within 7 days of purchase, no Terms violations, and account not terminated for abuse.

Not eligible: requests after 7 days, ToS violations, partial months, heavily discounted purchases.

2. Refund Timeline

  • Acknowledgment: Within 24 hours
  • Review: 2-3 business days
  • Initiation: 1-2 business days after approval
  • Bank processing: 3-5 business days
  • Total: 5-10 business days

3. Cancellation

Monthly: Cancel anytime, access continues until period end.

Annual: Prorated refund for unused months minus 10% termination fee.
